Roles and Responsibilities - Including but not limited to the following:
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children.
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes the curiosity and creativity of children.
- Observe and assess the development of each child, and provide regular feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, including providing regular progress reports and responding to their concerns and questions.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments,
and other key information related to the children.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other training opportunities as required.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations related to the operation of the preschool.
