Job Title: Security Guard

Organization: Venu Eye Hospital

Location: New Delhi

Salary: ₹20,371/
- Education Required: 12th Pass or Above

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years of Security Guard Experience

Duty Timing:
- Rotational Shifts
- Shift starts from 6:00 AM
- 8-hour duty as per duty roster

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure hospital premises.
- Manage entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vendors.
- Maintain visitor records and security registers.
- Patrol hospital premises regularly.
- Ensure safety of patients, staff, visitors, and hospital assets.
- Assist patients and visitors with directions when required.
- Report any security concerns, incidents, or emergencies immediately.
- Maintain discipline and a professional environment within the hospital.

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass.




- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Guard.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude.
