Key Responsibilities

Board Preparation: For higher grades, conduct structured revision sessions,



practice previous years' question papers, and guide students on answer-writing techniques and time management.

Lesson Planning: Develop well-structured lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals, integrating ICT tools, presentations, and real-world case studies.

Assessment: Evaluate student progress through regular tests, assignments, map work, and project-based assessments. Maintain accurate academic records.

Student Engagement: Encourage discussions, debates, and critical thinking to help students connect concepts with current affairs and real-life situations.

Student Support: Identify learning gaps and provide targeted remedial support to ensure steady academic progress.
