Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer interactions across calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and comments. You will be the voice of Zingy Gifts - helping customers choose the right gifts, answering queries, handling objections, and ensuring every customer leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction (Calls & Chats)
- Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp messages professionally and politely
- Answer questions about products, delivery, personalization, and pricing
- Guide customers through the ordering process
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Sales & Conversion
- Convert inquiries into orders by understanding customer needs
- Handle price objections and offer appropriate product recommendations
- Upsell and cross-sell products where relevant
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets
Customer Support
- Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively
- Coordinate with the operations team for order updates and delivery status
- Ensure every customer feels valued and heard
Communication Management
- Handle 8-10 customer chats simultaneousl
