Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the PAN India B2B customer network for lab-grown diamond jewellery.
- Identify and approach jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors, chain stores and other potential B2B buyers.
- Generate new leads through market visits, references, networking, cold calling, digital platforms and industry contacts.
- Conduct product presentations and explain lab-grown diamond jewellery collections, specifications, pricing and commercial advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
- Regularly follow up with customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Understand market trends, competitor pricing, customer preferences and product demand.
- Coordinate with the production, design, inventory and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Negotiate pricing,



payment terms and other commercial aspects within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, orders and collections.
- Travel across India as required for customer meetings, market development and business expansion.
- Participate in jewellery exhibitions, trade shows and industry events when required.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-6 years of experience in B2B jewellery sales, preferably in lab-grown diamonds or diamond jewellery.
- Strong existing network among jewellery retailers, wholesalers and distributors will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of the Indian jewellery market.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
