- Job responsibility may include,
but are not limited to:
- Ensure highest quality software is developed and deployed
- Implement industry standard Testing methodologies
- Design processes for Sanity/Regression/Performance/Load/Security testing
- Manage team of Testing engineers and responsible for team’s output
- Plan KRAs of the team and monitor to achieve organizational goals
- Adopt Testing tools (Like Postman) for API testing
- Required Experience / Skills:
- 4 to 7 years of experience as a Testing/ QA Lead
- Proven leadership abilities, should have handled a team
- Knowledge of Software API Testing lifecycle and SDLC
- Experience of handling waterfall and agile model
- API testing tools like POSTMAN
- Thorough understanding of RESTful API / HTTP
- Knowledge of any of the cloud platofrms (AWS / GCP / Azure) is added advantage
- Knowledge of test case review, bug tracking tools
- Knowledge of Project Management processes
