Job description:
- Achieve sales targets for real estate projects (commercial).
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners.
- Handle site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
- Convert leads generated from digital marketing, brokers, and walk-ins.
- Develop pricing, offers, and payment plans in coordination with management.
- Maintain robust relationships with investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through various online and offline channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable commercial and residential real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the CRM system.




- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and promotional events.
- Support, mentor, and guide junior team members (for senior-level roles).
- Drive revenue growth and contribute to overall business objectives.

Eligibility

L2: 2-4 years of experience in Sales

- Customer-centric approach with a target-driven mindset.
- Leadership and team management abilities (for L3 & L4).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
