Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Location Manager - Audit to oversee financial controls and audit-related activities at film shooting locations. The role involves monitoring production expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies, verifying financial transactions, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with production and finance teams to ensure transparent and efficient financial operations throughout the production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit day-to-day financial transactions at shooting locations.
- Verify production expenses, petty cash, vendor payments, travel expenses, accommodation costs, and other location-related expenditures.
- Ensure all expenses are supported by valid invoices, bills, approvals, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare daily,



weekly, and production-wise expense reports.
- Conduct periodic audits of cash handling, inventory, and asset utilization at shooting locations.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with production managers, line producers, finance teams, and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
- Review contracts, purchase orders, and payment requests for financial accuracy and compliance.
- Identify financial risks, process gaps, and recommend corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in internal, statutory, and project audits by providing supporting documentation and audit reports.
- Monitor budget utilization and report cost variances to management.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial information and production-related data.
