About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategies, budgets, and campaigns.
- Manage branding, brand identity, and corporate communication materials.
- Oversee advertising, PR campaigns, trade shows, sponsorships, and industry events.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and website management.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to support decision-making.
- Implement lead management strategies and maintain CRM databases.
- Coordinate tender submissions, proposals, and documentation support for SBUs.

Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- 6-10 years’ experience in marketing management roles (B2B/B2C exposure preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
