Role Summary We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and lead our entire digital presence — with a strong focus on organic growth, lead generation, SEO, content, and social media. You will also be responsible for building and managing the digital marketing team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive organic lead generation through SEO,



content marketing, and social media campaigns
- Develop and execute platform-specific strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube and other platforms
- Own end-to-end SEO — keyword research, on-page, off-page & technical SEO
- Build, hire, train and manage the digital marketing team
- Track performance via Google Analytics, Search Console & Meta Business Suite
- Ideate and implement recent organic growth initiatives relevant to EdTech & student audience

Report weekly/monthly performance metrics to Senior Management

AI-Driven Marketing
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) for content creation, ad copy & campaign ideation at scale
- Leverage AI for social scheduling, creatives, WhatsApp automation & lead capture via chatbots

GEO — Generative Engine Optimisation
- Optimise brand visibility on AI search platforms — ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Copilot & Perplexity AI
