Billing Engineer - Building Infrastructure

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, Final Bills, and contractor bills.
- Record measurements and prepare Measurement Books (MB) as per CPWD/PWD norms.
- Review BOQs, tender documents, and contract agreements.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors for billing approvals.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs and ensure timely bill submission and payment follow-up.
- Maintain contract documentation, billing records, and audit-ready files.
- Support variation orders, extra item claims,



and reconciliation of quantities.
- Ensure compliance with GCC/FIDIC conditions and project specifications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4-8 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying for Government Building Infrastructure Projects.
- Solid knowledge of CPWD/PWD specifications, BOQ, RA Bills, Final Bills, MB preparation, GCC/FIDIC, and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing/estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
