Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and degreasing before painting.
- Mix paints, hardeners, thinners, and other coating materials according to specifications.
- Operate spray guns and painting equipment efficiently.
- Maintain the required paint thickness, finish quality, and color consistency.
- Inspect painted components for defects such as runs, sags, orange peel, pinholes, dust, and uneven coating.
- Perform touch-up and rework when required.
- Clean and maintain spray guns, paint booths, and other painting equipment.
- Monitor paint consumption and minimize material wastage.
