Contract Management & Documentation
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining basic commercial contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and standard templates
- Support the execution of contracts, including coordination for signing, stamping, and record management
- Track contract validity, renewals, and amendments
Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Assist in understanding and implementing basic RBI compliance requirements applicable to fintech / NBFC-linked operations
