We are looking for passionate and 5 years experienced in qualified & 2 years in Training Healthcare Sector Trainers to deliver high-quality training in the Healthcare Skill Development sector. Trainers should be capable of conducting both theory and practical sessions as per the relevant Sector Skill Council curriculum and standards. TOT certification is generally required for Skill India/NSDC-aligned training roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver theory and practical sessions for the healthcare sector course.

Follow NSQF/SSC curriculum, assessment guidelines, and training standards.

Maintain trainee attendance, assessments, and training records.

Conduct practical demonstrations and skill evaluations.

Prepare trainees for assessments, placements, and interviews.

Ensure discipline, quality,



and timely completion of the training program.

Relevant industry/training experience:
Relevant qualification in Nursing/Healthcare (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent preferred) with 5-year experience in professional and 2 years in training.
