About the Role

Drive student admissions and lead conversion through proactive calling, counselling, and follow-ups. You will connect with prospective students and parents, understand their career goals, explain INSD programs, and help move inquiries toward enrolment. This role requires strong communication, persuasion, and consistent follow-up in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with fresh, warm, and existing leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, and references
- Counsel prospective students and parents on INSD courses, career opportunities, fees, and admission process
- Convert inquiries into campus visits,



counselling sessions, and admissions
- Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up notes, and conversion updates in CRM or Excel trackers
- Coordinate with centre teams for counselling schedules, documentation, and admission closure
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Support re-engagement of old leads and pending inquiries through regular follow-ups

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, admissions, counselling, or lead conversion
- Solid verbal communication and convincing ability in English and Hindi
- Comfort in speaking with students, parents, and working on follow-up cycles
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized in day-to-day execution

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
