Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, conducting patient assessments, and administering medications
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Document patient history, including previous mental health issues, current medications, and any co-existing medical conditions
- Support patients in daily activities and therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients
- Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to care discussions




- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the medical team
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist in emergency situations and provide crisis intervention support
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) OR GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) OR ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) (mandatory)
- Valid Maharashtra State Nursing Registration Certificate (MNC) (required)
- Minimum 1 year of psychiatric or mental health nursing experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of psychiatric medications and patient management
- Experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare facility setting preferred
- Understanding of de-addiction and mental health care pri
