As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for supporting US healthcare revenue cycle operations through effective communication with insurance companies and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- If Required make outbound calls to US insurance companies to check claim status:
- Handle denials management and patient eligibility verification:
- Perform insurance follow-ups to ensure timely claim resolution
- Ensure adherence to defined productivity and quality standards:
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance guidelines
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets within stipulated timelines
