Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the villa/resort.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, front office, security, and other operational staff.
- Monitor property maintenance and ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Oversee bookings, occupancy, and guest check-in/check-out processes.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and expense records.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of required supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain high service standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with management regarding property performance and operational improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in property management, hotel operations, resort management, or hospitality.
- Experience managing luxury villas, resorts, or boutique hotels is preferred.

- Knowledge of hospitality standards, housekeeping operations, and facility management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
