We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head - Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E;) to lead the design and implementation of a robust M&E; framework for a leading NGO. This role will drive data-informed decision-making, strengthen program effectiveness, and support impact measurement across diverse initiatives in education, health, livelihoods, family support, and community development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
- Lead the organization's Monitoring & Evaluation function.
- Develop and strengthen M&E; systems, frameworks, and processes.
- Foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making.

Evaluation & Impact Measurement
- Design and manage baseline, midline, and endline evaluations.
- Lead impact assessments and program performance reviews.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare donor reports, dashboards, and management reports.

Data Management & Quality Assurance
- Oversee centralized data systems, MIS, and reporting tools.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and ethical data collection.




- Implement data quality audits and validation processes.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with program teams to integrate M&E; into program design and implementation.
- Coordinate with external evaluators, consultants, and partners.
- Support social audits and organizational learning initiatives.

Team Development
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing M&E; team.
- Conduct training on data literacy and monitoring practices.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, Impact Assessment, Research, or Data Analytics.
- Experience in the NGO, development, education, health, or social impact sector preferred.
- Robust analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with MIS/CRM platforms and data visualization tools.
