Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in advertising, consulting, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media workplace.
- 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.

Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to design, execute, and implement complex operational initiatives that solve business problems.
- Experience in SQL and in designing and managing data/BI roadmaps, metric dashboards, and automated reporting infrastructure.
- Experience building practical AI solutions (e.g., Python scripting, working with APIs, prompting frameworks, or building customized AI agents/assistants) to optimize operational workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to structure ambiguous analyses and deliver clear story lines through executive-level communications and data visualizations.
