- Responsible for end-to-end Fiber Rollout Project Delivery, including project planning, execution, Right of Way (ROW) management, material planning & reconciliation (RECO), vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and customer interface management, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Demonstrate robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams, partners, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders while driving project objectives.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, change management, and project closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution,



and consistent delivery of project commitments.
- Ensure adherence to project milestones, monthly delivery targets, quality requirements, statutory regulations, safety standards, EHS compliance, and industry best practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, including ROW, material availability, and RECO-related challenges, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project completion.
- Drive vendor and partner governance by ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, SLAs, operational requirements, and timely closure of delivery dependencies.
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and acceptance processes to ensure deployment meets customer and organizational standards.
- Leverage project management tools and digital platforms for project tracking, reporting, resource planning, material governance, and performance monitoring.
