- Ensure production is completed as per buyer requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Communicate regularly with factories regarding production planning and updates.
- Prepare and maintain merchandising reports, T&A; calendars, and order tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and quality approvals.
- Resolve production and shipment-related issues effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors."

- Experience in handling woven, knit,



or apparel products preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and merchandising documentation.

"Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, or related field.

Minimum 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in a buying house or garment export industry.
