Experience: 3-6 Years in Facility Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Facility Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of a 40,000 SFT commercial/healthcare facility. The role involves overseeing technical operations, soft services, vendor management, statutory compliance, preventive maintenance, and ensuring seamless facility operations while maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Services
- Manage the operation and maintenance of all MEP systems including Electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, Plumbing, STP/WTP, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with AMC vendors and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain asset history records.
- Ensure uninterrupted utility services with minimum downtime.




- Coordinate with contractors for repairs, renovations, and project works.
- Maintain technical documentation, equipment logs, and maintenance reports.

Soft Services
- Supervise housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping, and waste management services.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.
- Ensure manpower deployment as per approved schedules.
- Monitor vendor performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure healthcare/commercial facility standards are maintained at all times.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly facility reports.
- Track maintenance KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain records of complaints, work orders, and closure status.
- Present operational updates to management.
