Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across our commercial real estate operations. This role will bridge business needs with technology solutions, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights that optimize our service delivery and client outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements Gathering Partner with stakeholders across property management, leasing, facilities management, and corporate solutions to identify business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to document current-state workflows and design future-state solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze large datasets related to property performance, occupancy rates, lease administration, maintenance costs, and client portfolios. Develop dashboards, reports,
and visualizations that provide leadership with real-time insights into portfolio performance, market trends, and operational metrics. Use statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Process Improvement Evaluate existing business processes across lease administration, work order management, vendor coordination, and client reporting. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for automation. Design and implement process improvements that reduce costs, improve service delivery times, and enhance client satisfaction.
Technology Implementation Support Serve as the business liaison during implementation of property management systems, IWMS platforms, financial reporting tools, and CRM solutions. Participate in system selection, vendor evaluation, user acceptance testing, and change management activities. Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
