Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and business clients.
- Generate leads from databases, enquiries, references, social media, and other sources.
- Introduce the company's têxtile/garment products, designs, collections, and services.
- Identify customer requirements, product preferences, quantities, and budget.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Explain product specifications, prices, MOQ, payment terms, delivery timelines, and other commercial terms.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, samples, catalogues, and product details.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers.
- Follow up on repeat orders and new requirements.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, boutiques, and other têxtile buyers.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Share product catalogues, photographs, videos, price lists, and current collection updates through WhatsApp.




- Respond promptly to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, social media, website, or other channels.
- Maintain proper records of leads and customer communication.
- Collect complete order details from customers.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams as required.
- Track pending orders and communicate delivery status to customers.
- Ensure accurate communication of customer requirements to the concerned departments.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Maintain an updated customer and prospect database.
- Follow up on pending quotations, samples, payments, and orders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
