Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage campaigns focused on lead generation, website traffic, customer engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and ROI.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
- Perform keyword research and manage Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Content teams for high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other analytical tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify new digital marketing trends, platforms, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets and achieve campaign KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and result-oriented approach.
- Positive understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, gaming, retail, or amusement industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
