We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta and Google Ads) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience to manage and drive paid advertising initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and PPC platforms.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics including CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign profitability.
- Conduct regular testing and optimisation of audiences, creatives, ad copies, placements, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop effective advertising creatives, messaging, and landing page requirements.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Skills




- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in media buying, paid advertising, or performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of PPC, lead generation, conversion optimisation, remarketing, and paid acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy through execution and optimisation.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and reporting.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and related tracking technologies will be an advantage.
- Robust communication, organisational, and reporting skills.

Compensation

₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, expertise, and suitability for the role.
