JOB SUMMARY:
Onboarding and Documentation
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure recent hires settle in smoothly.
- Review and verify employee documents to ensure they meet company and legal requirements.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure the company follows all labor laws and regulations.
- Supervise the preparation and submission of necessary reports and forms.
- Conduct regular checks to make sure everything complies with legal standards.
Documentation
- Approve important HR letters such as salary changes, transfers, and promotions.
- Keep accurate and updated employee records in both paper and digital formats.
Employee Grievances
- Handle serious employee concerns and work to resolve them quickly and fairly.
- Lead investigations into workplace issues and ensure proper solutions are implemented.
Employee ID Cards
- Manage issuing employee ID cards, ensuring they are given out on time.
Employee Exit Process
- Oversee the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and finalizing settlements.
- Keep detailed records of employee departures and provide feedback for improvement.
