Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive movement and physical fitness assessments.
- Design personalised strength and conditioning programmes based on individual goals, movement capacity, injury history, and assessment findings.
- Coach clients through safe and effective resistance training, functional movement, mobility, and conditioning sessions.
- Progress and regress exercises appropriately based on client ability.
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists to transition clients from rehabilitation to independent strength training.
- Monitor exercise technique and ensure safe execution at all times.
- Educate clients on movement quality, recovery, injury prevention, and sustainable training habits.
- Maintain detailed client records, training progress, and assessment outcomes.
- Support sports performance programmes for recreational and competitive athletes.
- Contribute to workshops, community events, and educational initiatives conducted by StrengthSkap.
Participate in regular case discussions and continuous professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Certification in Strength & Conditioning or Personal Training
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Experience in coaching resistance training, functional training, or athletic development is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
