Role Overview:
As a Project Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting project management activities, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate with clients to gather project requirements, communicate project updates, and address any concerns or issues.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Assist in resource allocation, task assignment, and monitoring of project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to ensure project success.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies,



and best practices in project management and IT.

Requirements:
- Strong interest in project management and IT industry.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
