About the Opportunity

House of Sheherwali, a distinguished heritage hospitality destination in Azimganj, is seeking an energetic, service-oriented, and commercially driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead and enhance its dining and hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all Food & Beverage operations across the property.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise restaurant, banquet, and dining operations to maintain service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience, operational efficiency, and revenue generation.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate service teams to achieve performance goals.
- Coordinate closely with culinary, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage inventory, procurement, vendor relationships, and cost controls.




- Analyze operational reports, guest feedback, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, food safety norms, and organizational standards.

Desired Qualifications
- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Specialized certifications in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality Operations, or Guest Services will be an added advantage.
