Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through various online and offline channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Monitor sales activities and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer onboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, and business performance metrics.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service and timely follow-ups.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales or Business Development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
