We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused E-commerce Operations Generalist to support the day-to-day growth and operations of our skincare and lifestyle businesses.

This is not a strategy-only role. We are looking for someone who enjoys getting things done, following up, solving problems, and keeping projects moving.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and other channels
- Track inventory, dispatches and stock planning
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, logistics partners and internal teams
- Assist with product launches and campaign execution
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Support hiring,



vendor management and operational projects when required
- Help streamline systems and processes across the business

Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management, Brand Operations or related roles
- Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa or D2C brands preferred
- Robust follow-up and execution skills
- Comfortable working directly with founders
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per hour
