Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and execution-oriented *Project Incharge* to oversee the successful delivery of premium aluminium *Doors & Windows* and *Luxury Shower Cubicle* projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of assigned Doors, Windows, and Shower Cubicle projects.
- Conduct site measurements, technical surveys, and feasibility assessments before project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, builders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings to ensure execution accuracy.




- Prepare project schedules and monitor timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, fabrication, warehouse, logistics, and installation teams.
- Plan material requirements and monitor procurement and deliveries in line with project schedules.
- Supervise installation teams and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to approved drawings.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve site-related challenges proactively.
- Ensure compliance with Valueline's quality standards, installation procedures, and safety requirements.
- Maintain complete project documentation, including measurement records, site reports, variation orders, inspection reports, and completion documents.
