We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our finance team.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting career by gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day financial operations, supporting senior staff, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation
- Assist in preparing tax filings and compliance reports
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties in the accounting department
- Help with audits and other financial reviews
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment issues or account inquiries
- Adhere to company policies and accounting principles
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-6 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
