Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform CO₂/MIG welding as per production drawings and work instructions.
- Prepare materials and components for welding operations.
- Ensure proper weld quality, finish, and appearance.
- Assist in fabrication and assembly activities.
- Follow welding procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Carry out basic visual inspection of completed welds.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure workplace cleanliness.
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality personnel to achieve product quality requirements.
- Meet daily production targets and schedules.
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- ITI in Welder/Fabricator preferred.
- Relevant welding training or certification will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with basic welding knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in CO₂/MIG welding,



fabrication, or manufacturing.
- Freshers can apply.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of CO₂/MIG welding techniques.
- Ability to understand fabrication drawings and welding instructions.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and shop-floor discipline.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to develop technical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fabrication and manufacturing environment.
