Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Career Advisors to guide working professionals in selecting the right certification programs that align with their career goals.
This is an Inside Sales (Tele-sales) role where you will interact with qualified leads only—no cold calling. You will counsel prospective learners, understand their career aspirations, recommend suitable programs, and assist them throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective learners regarding career and educational opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments through consultative selling.
- Build strong relationships with prospective participants and provide timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrollments in the CRM.
- Deliver an excellent counseling experience throughout the admission journey.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Education Sales, Counseling, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective learners over phone and in person.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
