Role Summary
We are seeking a Real Estate Sales skilled to promote and sell Dubai real estate projects from its Ahmedabad office. The role involves handling client inquiries, presenting property investment opportunities, conducting site or virtual tours, managing the sales process, and closing deals while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for Dubai property projects.
- Counsel clients on property investment opportunities and available inventory.
- Conduct property presentations and virtual/site visits.
- Negotiate and close property sales transactions.
- Maintain client records and update CRM systems.




- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding project updates, pricing, and availability.
- Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Build long-term relationships with investors and homebuyers.

Required Skills:
- Real estate sales and business development.
- Lead generation and client relationship management.
- Negotiation and deal closing.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market (preferred).
- CRM and sales tracking tools.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
