Provide perioperative anaesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac and non-cardiac surgeries. - Manage the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), overseeing critically ill patients. - Perform pre-anaesthetic check-ups and optimize high-risk patients. - Lead emergency response teams for cardiac arrests and respiratory failure. - Collaborate with surgeons, cardiologists, and nursing staff for seamless patient care. Qualifications Required: - Education: MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology with a fellowship or DM in Critical Care Medicine. - Experience: 2+ years of experience in a tertiary care hospital managing a mixed ICU (preference for Cardiac ICU experience). - Skills: Proficiency in ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support protocols
