Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Identify potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct door-to-door visits and market surveys.
- Generate recent business opportunities through field activities.
- Build relationships with local businesses, societies, builders, and industries.

Customer Meetings
- Schedule and attend customer meetings.
- Explain solar products, benefits, and ROI calculations.




- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct basic site assessments and collect required information.

Sales Activities
- Prepare quotations with the support team.
- Follow up with prospects regularly.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Reporting
- Maintain daily visit reports.
- Update lead status in CRM or company records.
- Submit weekly sales activity reports.

Customer Support
- Coordinate with installation and operations teams.
- Ensure smooth project execution after order confirmation.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi; English preferred).
- Confidence in meeting and convincing customers.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently.

Qualification
- BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / Diploma / Any Graduate.
