Job Overview:
We are looking for a Engineer II - Varicent Developer with working knowledge of Varicent development to join the Client Compensation Group.
Essential Functions:
- Develop/Enhance compensation solutions using Varicent for various incentive plans.
- Strong hands-on Experience in Varicent Version 10.
- Create and implement elegantly coded and effectively tuned solutions that enable high performance and ease of maintenance.
- Optimize queries and reports utilized within the platform.
- Build, maintain,
and extend data models within the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform.
- Create and troubleshoot Presenter and Presenter Adaptive reports.
- Good hands-on experience on Workflow and Webforms.
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gain a working understanding of business requirements and operational processes.
- Support the investigation and troubleshooting of complex business issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
