About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer with 1+ years of experience to join our growing creative team.

In this role, you will create compelling visual content for real estate brands, including property walkthroughs, project launches, promotional campaigns, social media content, and brand videos. Along with traditional video editing, you should be comfortable leveraging AI-powered video creation tools to produce high-quality, engaging, and scalable content.

You will collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to transform ideas into visually impactful videos that enhance brand presence and generate audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for real estate marketing, including property walkthroughs, promotional videos, project launches, advertisements, testimonials, and brand campaigns.
- Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, titles, transitions,



and visual effects that align with client branding.
- Create AI-assisted videos using modern AI video generation and editing tools to enhance creativity and production efficiency.
- Produce creative marketing videos by combining raw footage, stock assets, graphics, animations, and AI-generated visuals.
- Perform colour correction, audio enhancement, sound synchronization, and final video rendering.
- Design supporting creatives such as thumbnails, banners, and social media graphics.
- Understand client briefs and translate ideas into visually engaging content.
- Ensure consistency in quality and branding across multiple client projects.
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, motion graphics, AI tools, and social media content.
