- Review and edit SOPs for grammatical accuracy, coherence, and adherence to guidelines, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to understand their aspirations, academic background, and career goals, providing personalized guidance and support focusing on key aspects such as communication skills, confidence building, and knowledge of program and university details.
- Stay abreast of visa requirements, immigration policies, and educational trends to enhance the quality and effectiveness of SOPs.
- Update student’s interview performance in the sheet
