Coordinate and schedule service engineers for installation, breakdown, and maintenance.
- Track engineer performance, job allocation, and completion status.
- Manage spare parts requirement, availability, and dispatch coordination.
- Handle Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, invoices, and service documentation.
- Track Corrective Requests (CR) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
- Ensure timely service closure and adherence to SLAs.
- Manage AMC renewals and generate new AMC business.
- Maintain AMC database and service schedules.
- Coordinate with customers for service updates and issue resolution.
- Prepare MIS reports and track service KPIs.
