Job Summary
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Responsibilities
- Maintain visitor logs and reception area records.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and office communication activities.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
HR Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and employee documentation management.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers.
- Support employee engagement and HR-related activities.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Assist in day-to-day office administration tasks.
- Support management with data entry and report preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (HR, Management, or related field preferred).
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and office administration.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in Front Desk, Administration, or Human Resources (preferred but not mandatory).
