Core Responsibilities
- Referral Marketing: Visit local clinics, general physicians, and optical stores to build strong, sustainable referral pipelines.
- Community Outreach: Organize and execute free eye screening camps and awareness programs in residential societies, schools, and corporate offices.
- Campaign Management: Promote hospital services through local advertising and digital platforms to increase monthly walk-ins and patient footfall.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for patient volume and hospital revenue.
- Reporting: Monitor competitor activities and maintain records of marketing visits, generating regular performance reports for management.
- Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1-3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in ophthalmology.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with robust networking and negotiation abilities.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape in the Mumbai/Ulhasnagar/Thane region to effectively target potential patients

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
