JOB DESCRIPTION- CONTENT WRITER

Job Title: Content Writer Location: Chennai Job Type: Full time Reporting to: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Development:
- Assist in developing content strategies aligned with marketing objectives.

2. SEO & Website Content Optimization:
- Write and optimize SEO-friendly content to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and implement best SEO practices in content.

3. Social Media Content:
- Develop creative and engaging posts, captions, and storytelling content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the social media team to enhance audience interaction.

4. Copywriting & Branding:
- Write persuasive and compelling copy for digital ads, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and voice across all platforms.

5. Proofreading & Editing:
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.




- Work with designers and marketing teams to refine content for visual appeal.

6. Research & Industry Trends:
- Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends, industry news, and competitor strategies.
- Conduct in-depth research to support content development.

7. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the SEO, social media, and design teams to produce impactful content.
- Coordinate with external writers or freelancers if needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Any Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
- Ability to write in different tones and styles as per brand guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
