Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and securing end-user devices across the organization using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. The role focuses on device lifecycle management, zero-touch provisioning, compliance enforcement, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Endpoint & Intune Management:
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, and compliance
- Create and manage device policies (security, configuration, conditional access)
- Manage MDM/MAM for corporate and BYOD devices

2. Autopilot & Device Provisioning:
- Deploy and manage Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning
- Handle device onboarding including hardware hash impor
