Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients from the provided database.
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable OOH advertising solutions.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for Business Development Managers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advertising solutions.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and lead generation.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Robust organizational and time management abilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-5 years of experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation, or B2B sales.
- Experience in advertising, media, digital marketing, or OOH sales will be an added advantage.
