Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines issued by the State Government Child Welfare Committee (CWC) regarding the protection, care, and maintenance of children.
- Liaise with the Child Welfare Committee and other relevant government agencies as required, attend meetings, and prepare and submit reports concerning the resident boys.
- Reside full time in the boys' dormitory and provide day-to-day supervision and support.
- Maintain discipline and promote a safe, secure, caring, and peaceful living environment for all resident boys.
- Monitor and support the health, hygiene, and personal well-being of the children.
- Assist with sports activities, training sessions, and supervision of sporting events.
- Support the maintenance of bicycles and encourage responsibility for personal belongings.
- Guide and assist boys in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the dormitory.
- Encourage academic achievement and support the boys' educational development at all levels.
- Promote and encourage English language learning and communication skills.
- Mentor and motivate children to build confidence, develop life skills, pursue their ambitions, and achieve their full potential.
- Act as a positive role model, providing emotional support, guidance, and encouragement.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
